Board of Trustees 2026 Planning Meeting Sept. 28-29

A provision in the state 2026 Appropriations Act sets new requirements for NC IOLTA, including redirecting IOLTA funds previously used to support civil legal aid to the state Office of Indigent Defense Services for its Private Assigned Counsel Fund.
