Empowering Equal Access to Justice Throughout North Carolina.
Civil legal aid plays a critical role in building a legal system that works for everyone. At NC IOLTA — North Carolina Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts — we are committed to dismantling the historic barriers that have prevented North Carolinians from getting the essential legal aid they need and deserve. We drive our impact by making annual grants to organizations that are committed to helping the underserved gain access to justice. Together, we are working to build strong, equitable communities across North Carolina.
