The NC IOLTA Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1:30-4 p.m. at the NC State Bar building and via Zoom to review and approve the 2026 operational budget. Contact Executive Director Mary Irvine with any questions.
A provision in the state 2026 Appropriations Act sets new requirements for NC IOLTA, including redirecting IOLTA funds previously used to support civil legal aid to the state Office of Indigent Defense Services for its Private Assigned Counsel Fund.
