NC IOLTA Executive Committee Virtual Meeting April 1
The NC IOLTA Executive Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 1, at 1 p.m. to discuss a matter in closed session pursuant to NCGS §143.318.11(a)(1). Contact Executive Director Mary Irvine with any questions.
A provision in the state 2026 Appropriations Act sets new requirements for NC IOLTA, including redirecting IOLTA funds previously used to support civil legal aid to the state Office of Indigent Defense Services for its Private Assigned Counsel Fund.
