NC IOLTA Finance Committee Virtual Meeting March 19
The NC IOLTA Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, March 19, at 2:30 p.m. via Zoom to review 2025 year-end and February 2026 financial reports. Contact Executive Director Mary Irvine with any questions.
A provision in the state 2026 Appropriations Act sets new requirements for NC IOLTA, including redirecting IOLTA funds previously used to support civil legal aid to the state Office of Indigent Defense Services for its Private Assigned Counsel Fund.
