Speak Up for Children 2022: A Resounding Commitment From Our Community
Children’s Law Center of Central North Carolina awards NC IOLTA the Outstanding Supporter Award for 15 years of grant support that has enabled the nonprofit to expand both its Forsyth County and its Guilford County presence.
A provision in the state 2026 Appropriations Act sets new requirements for NC IOLTA, including redirecting IOLTA funds previously used to support civil legal aid to the state Office of Indigent Defense Services for its Private Assigned Counsel Fund.
